Summer is the best period to eat fresh fruit but a new way to combine fruit with a complete breakfast meal or break during afternoon is smoothie solution! This really easy is made of honey, granola, greek yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds ( left in the almond milk for one night to create the pudding) and bananas!

A really healthy way to calm down you hungry!

As usual  it matches with the hues and fabric of Apieceapart and Isabel Marant collections!Natural hues of sand, linen and sangallo lace perfectly match with the raw, natural, organic ingredients of this healthy-way break solution!

Fashion Vs Food: Mug Cakes Vs Giamba Pre SS16

Farina 00 120 gr// 120 gr flour
Uova medie 2// 2 eggs medium size
Zucchero semolato 110// 110 gr sugar
Latte fresco intero 100 gr// 100gr fresh milk
Cacao amaro in polvere 30 gr// 30 gr dark cocoa powder
Burro 60 gr// 60 gr butter melted
Lievito chimico in polvere 6 gr// 6 gr baking powder

Cioccolato bianco 80 gr// 80gr white chocolate

In una ciottola unisci le uova con lo zucchero, sciogli il burro in un pentolino ed incorporalo intiepidito alle uova. Monta gli ingredienti fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo, chiaro e spumoso// In a bowl mix the sugar with eggs and in the meanwhile melt the butter in order to blend it with the eggs and the sugar obtaining a soft, light and smooth dough.

Aggiungi la farina setacciata, il cacao setacciato assieme al lievito ed il latte. Distribuisci il composto nelle tazze riempiendole fino a metà circa o poco più perché lieviteranno in cottura. Dividi il cioccolato bianco in quattro cubetti piuttosto grossi e mettine uno in ogni tazza, senza spingerlo sul fondo ma adagiandolo sulla superficie.// Add and blend together the flour and the cocoa powder, then the baking powder. Slice in 4 cubes the white chocolate and add one piece for each cup, not pushing them in the bottom of the cup just leaving them on top of the dough. Fill the cups leaving about half cup empty as the cakes will rise during the baking!

Imposta il microonde alla massima potenza e cuoci: dopo 1 minuto la tua mug cake sarà pronta!Let them bake in microwave oven for 1 minute at the max power and yyou’ll have ready your mug cakes!

Fashion Vs Food: Akris Pre Fall 2016 Vs Citrus Salad

As dessert: lighter and healthier, the citrus salad! To add a bit of taste use the spices you prefer. I’ve added anice and cloves. For the citrus is up to you according to your taste but I can suggest you a bit of lemon at the end.. and for these citrus you see in my pic, they’re orange, “raw cut” and not peel, grapefruits, cedar, kumquat, a bit of honey and grated peel of lemon…

It’s perfect in winter time after the holidays as natural digest and as a sweet alternative to desserts iper caloric!

And as citrus are winter fruits I’ve choose new winter 2016 pre collection by Akris to find the inspiration for this easy recipe where warm hues and orange are protagonists!

Dopo i pasti e dolci iper calorici delle feste ecco una buona laternativa alla chiusura dei pasti: leggera, sana e ottima come digestivo. L’inverno è il tempo degli agrumi e quindi niente di meglio di un’insalata fresca con kumquat, arance tagliate al vivo, pompelmo, succo e scorzetta di limone e cedro. Il tutto aromatizzato dalle spezie che preferite come chiodi di garofano e anice stellato…

Il tutto non poteva che ispirarsi quindi alle prossime collezioni invernali 2016 di cui i colori caldi e le sfumature dell’arancione predominano nella pre collection firmata Akris…
