A traditional Cherry no baked cheesecake with flavored with elder juice and a dust of dried orange peel. Perfectly matching with the fall winter collection by Agnona that reflects in this dessert all the hues of the outfits and the softness of the supreme fabrics in a wrapping and soft taste of the cheesecake’s cream.
Soon I’ll share the recipe of elder flower homemade juice, totally organic. You only have to add a bit of that in the cream, blend it with the fresh cheese and the mascarpone cheese to obtain this different flavor. The powder of the orange peel is a Sicilian traditional ingredient that you can easily prepare even at home letting the peel of the orange dry (I suggest you organic ones) and grate them until they’ll become dust to flavor you desserts and evan salted meals.
